As a housekeeping associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your work directly supports the health and well-being of everyone in our nursing home, ensuring compliance with sanitation and infection control standards. Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitation: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices. Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment to prevent the spread of infection. Dispose of trash and hazardous waste in accordance with facility policies and safety regulations. Compliance and safety: Follow established infection control and safety procedures. Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Resident interaction: Respond courteously to resident and staff requests for housekeeping services. Respect residents’ privacy and personal belongings while performing duties. Team collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment. Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency cleaning needs as required. Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. What's In It For You
