Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development. Develop and expand an assigned book of business. Maintain expert knowledge of Dupli’s products and services to provide exceptional customer support. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach, including phone, email, and social media. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. Promote and drive customer engagement with DupliOnline and other digital sales tools. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers to enhance client satisfaction. Create and execute a personal marketing plan to achieve sales targets. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales or customer-facing role preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods if needed. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment. Salary:
