This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well tenured and recognized logistics and transportation company that is dedicated to delivering supply chain solutions to its clients. The Account Executive will play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing tailored logistics services. This position requires a motivated sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills who thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the logistics and transportation industry. Manage and grow existing client accounts by delivering superior customer service and supply chain solutions. Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued revenue growth. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure client shipments are executed seamlessly. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability. Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets. Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of proven sales or account management experience in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
