Full-time/Hybrid Responsibilities:

Generating new business opportunities. Quoting/negotiating rates with clients and carriers. Maintaining consistent contact/follow-up with clients to determine shipping needs and secure business. Meet or exceed sales goals. Provide excellent follow up and service to customers and carrier allies. Combination of inside/office sales and on-the-road. Setting up meetings with decision-makers to secure business. Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Strong desire to succeed in a sales/account management role. Strong multitasking abilities are required. Ability to handle a stressful fast-paced environment. Great negotiation skills are required. Proficient in MS Office applications. Exceptional organizational skills are required. This position offers a competitive base salary.
