evening and weekend call center / appointment-setting team . This is a

hands-on leadership role

— not a desk job. You’ll be on the sales floor leading 15–25 reps, coaching live calls, tracking KPIs, and driving performance daily. Responsibilities

Manage and motivate inside sales reps during evenings and weekends. Drive appointment setting, lead conversion, and revenue growth. Recruit, hire, train, and uptrain to upgrade team performance. Foster a competitive, high-energy sales culture. Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales / call center management. Strong background in

phone sales, lead generation, and appointment setting . Must be available for
