Strategically expand assigned accounts and secure new business within the territory through outbound communications, follow-up, and relationship nurturing. Interact with industrial, academic, government, and biotech organizations, supporting a diverse ARM product portfolio. Effectively communicate Antylia Scientific’s value propositions and build relationships across organizational levels. Identify new opportunities and actively pursue leads to close sales. Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets; understand and implement company systems, contracting, and pricing strategies. Build relationships via outbound calls, emails, and other methods; establish relationships with end-users and buyers. Develop effective relationships with multiple customer departments; understand customer needs. Identify and propose solutions for customer opportunities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships. Work with the ARM customer experience team to generate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely shipments. Engage dormant accounts to identify new opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to grow profitable sales; present plans during reviews. Research customer markets to develop new business opportunities. Attend product and vendor meetings to stay updated on product offerings. Use catalogs and databases to meet customer requirements and suggest alternatives when stock is unavailable. Assist customers with buying decisions, including product research and pricing. Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.com and other applications. Perform other duties as assigned. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field preferred or equivalent experience. Experience
Minimum of 2 years in Inside/Field Sales or Technical Product experience preferred. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; database experience desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive. Excellent technical, analytical, and report-writing skills. Customer-focused mentality. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in teams. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to travel up to 10%. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60k-$74k plus commission. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, tuition assistance, and more.
