The Sales Enablement Specialist drives operational excellence within Commercial Excellence, Americas team by designing and managing the systems, content, and processes that empower sellers and channel partners to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: Process & Best Practice Enablement – Develop, document, and maintain standardized sales processes, playbooks, and governance models. Performance Management & Insights – Track, analyze, and communicate key sales performance metrics. Content Management – Curate, organize, and continuously improve sales and training materials. Sales Tools & Platforms – Own and optimize enablement and analytics platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, product, training & enablement, and commercial excellence leadership. Events & Communications – Plan and execute enablement events, launches, and communications. Operational Excellence Projects – Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or deal desk support. Exposure to CRM, CPQ tools, and sales enablement platforms. Who we are:
