Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing printed circuit board (PCB) sales and service office. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our sales team, quoting new business, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customer inquiries.
Process purchase orders and coordinate with factory teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships through timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and technical requirements.
Track and manage sales logs, customer records, and pricing data.
Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Analyze sales performance, demand trends, and inventory needs.
Provide general administrative support to the sales office.
Qualifications
Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics (electronics industry experience preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with EDI, ERP, or CRM systems a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
English proficiency required, Japanese or Spanish language skills beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$50,000 – $65,000 annually
