We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections. The ideal candidate creates positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balance multiple priorities, and consistently put the customer first. Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the store’s overall success. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage. Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and contribute to store success. Enhance team and customer engagement and maintain store standards. Handle opening/closing responsibilities and potential keyholder duties. Collaborate with other brands in the Leap portfolio during openings and activations. Qualifications

Minimum Age: 18 years old. Experience in luxury retail with understanding of premium accessories, materials, product features, and high-end service expectations. Availability: Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly Pay Range: $16/hr to $20/hr.

Compensation follows a hourly-plus-commission model based on experience and qualifications. Interpersonal Skills

Client-centric and hospitality-driven; builds genuine client connections and anticipates needs. Brand champion with deep product knowledge and insightful client interactions. Adaptable and collaborative, thrives in dynamic environments. Strong communicator, reliable, and detail-oriented. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales performance focusing on conversion, Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Order Value (AOV), and returning clients. Customer retention through personalized experiences and high Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Task management: efficiency and reliability in completing tasks. Benefits
