For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our existing customer base through relationship building with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep customers informed about new solutions that can benefit their business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with superior outside sales experience and a proven sales track record. Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or industry (rental or construction) is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on our products and services.
