For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities

Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop new business and acquire clients by expanding our existing customer base through relationship building with contractors and construction company principals. Educate clients on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions that can improve their business. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, or complaints. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Skills & Qualifications

Tenacious, innovative, with superior outside sales experience and a proven sales track record. Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
