Dolce & Gabbana Beauty , a globally renowned luxury brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Training Executive to join our Field team in the United States. Location: Oklahoma / Tulsa / NW Arkansas. Responsibilities

Drive retail sales in the Specialty channel (Ulta and Sephora). Serve as a selling specialist with expertise across beauty and fragrance categories; perform sales, coaching, training, educating, event execution and relationship building. Lead in-store activities, coaching, guiding, driving client engagement and conversion (approximately 80% in-store). Create strategies and lead execution across designated territory; communicate with Regional Sales Manager weekly regarding performance and strategy. Plan, communicate, execute, and analyze all in-store events and product launches; create monthly calendars to support timing. Provide recaps of successes and opportunities; monitor store performance and adjust strategy to reach goals. Identify opportunities to grow the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty business with store personnel; partner with store personnel to plan best-in-class events and promotions. Ensure locations maintain visual standards within brand and store guidelines; report deficiencies and follow up. Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with Planning and RSM to plan/rectify needs; report competitive landscape activities. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in cosmetics or retail management (preferred). Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training teams. Proven experience in selling and performing makeup/skincare consultations; fragrance industry experience. Previous experience working in either Ulta or Sephora. Ability to plan, execute and analyze beauty events. Self-motivated, results oriented, and a creative thinker; strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Must have the ability to drive to store locations; travel varies by territory; willing to work from home 1 day a week.
