We are looking for our next Executive Chef to lead our culinary team! Candidates should be experienced with all aspects of kitchen management, able to work well with FOH team members, and highly creative.
Executive Chef Qualifications
2+ years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
Clean background and able to pass a rigorous background check
Experience with ordering, scheduling, inventory, and financial management
Highly organized and efficient in their workspace
Strong knowledge of food safety laws and a proven track record of passing health inspections
Creative and ambitious, excited by food and new opportunities
New restaurant opening experience a plus
Executive Chef Responsibilities
Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
Properly maintain kitchen equipment
Purchase food and equipment to par and budget
Collaborate with leadership on menu design and create new recipes
Create specials and seasonal offerings
Other duties as assigned
