talented Executive Chef
to lead our culinary team.
Position Overview
The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary operations of the club, including a la carte dining, banquets, and special events. This individual will oversee menu development, kitchen staff management, food and labor cost control, and ensure a consistently high level of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the culinary team in daily operations and long-term strategy Develop seasonal and member-focused menus for multiple dining outlets and events Execute high-volume banquet and catering services with precision and creativity Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals Uphold the highest standards in sanitation, safety, and kitchen organization Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH leaders to deliver a top-tier member experience
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years as an Executive Chef or senior leadership in upscale dining or private clubs Strong background in banquet production, menu engineering, and staff development Proven ability to manage costs, ordering, and inventory Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred ServSafe or food safety certification required
