Overview MMA provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. With 200 offices across North America, we combine local service with global resources of Marsh McLennan. This role supports client service, relationship management, market strategy, data integrity, and service platform implementation for a portfolio of small business accounts.
What You Do
Execution of Client Service: plan, execute, and track customized service strategy for each client; prepare proposals and service plans to support insurance decisions.
Client Relationship Management: build and maintain client relationships, conduct meetings, and communicate effectively across channels.
Market Strategy and Negotiation: manage new business and renewals, prepare submissions, negotiate terms with underwriters, and evaluate quotes.
Data and Process Integrity: maintain complete client files and ensure accuracy of client data in agency systems; meet activity timelines and quality metrics.
Service Platform Implementation: coordinate meetings and trainings, and review reports with producers and clients.
Peer Relationships: mentor and collaborate with Client Service Representatives and other team members to support client relationships and workflows.
Qualifications Required
Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for the role
3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts
Preferred
BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
CPCU, ARM, CEBS or other professional insurance designation
Experience with agency management systems
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office

Salary: Base range $70,100 to $111,900 plus potential incentives. Applications accepted until March 1, 2026.
