Make 120+ outbound calls daily to connect with hot and warm leads from sources like Hatch, Angi Ads, and Networx and convert inbound leads quickly. Schedule estimates with precision: book and confirm free roofing estimates for interested homeowners. Manage your pipeline: maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and take pride in your numbers. Collaborate across teams: work closely with outside sales and installation teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star customer experience. Follow up relentlessly: re-engage unbooked leads until they convert or opt out. Crush your KPIs: consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Key Performance Metrics
