Business Insurance team is looking for a passionate and people-oriented customer service professional to develop, implement, and deliver outstanding insurance and risk management customer service to our clients. What You'll Be Doing
Handle customer and carrier requests
efficiently and professionally. Manage insurance marketing
for new and renewal policies, including negotiating with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, collecting customer information, and ordering policies. Collaborate on accounts
to negotiate with carriers, prepare materials, and manage customer information. Update customer records
accurately in our management system. Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
with colleagues. Provide excellent customer service
consistently as part of your team. Follow organizational policies and procedures , maintain quality control through proper documentation, and uphold confidentiality. Be an all-around valuable team member.
