We are currently partnering with a distinguished client in search of a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the sales process and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate Sales: Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information.

Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders.

Quotations: Prepare quotations for pricing, delivery, and terms.

Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and assist with product identification and recommendations.

Order Management: Handle order changes, expedite processes, and manage return authorizations.

Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for cost and delivery requests, purchase orders, and supply source identification.

Collaboration: Work with the outside sales staff to optimize service for key customer accounts, including inventory analysis and ensuring on-time delivery.

Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance satisfaction.

Product Expertise: Serve as a product specialist, demonstrating technical competency and becoming the go-to expert for assigned products.

Storefront Support: Assist walk-in customers and resolve product identification queries.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical knowledge/experience

A customer-centric work ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience working within an ERP system, with NetSuite experience being a plus
