What You'll Do

Support the sales team in managing existing accounts and building strong relationships with new customers

Assist in identifying sales opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospect new clients

Prepare and deliver sales quotes and product recommendations with oversight from senior sales staff

Input and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and materials

Stay informed about current construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity

Attend industry trade shows or networking events as needed to promote brand and build connections

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts

Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to close pending opportunities

What You'll Need

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and job locations

Familiarity with construction services or materials (steel, concrete, rebar, etc.) is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus

Your Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
