Salary
$59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware, and glassware as instructed.
Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars and guest expectations.
Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
Serve food and/or beverages in the order expected by the Banquet Captain, ensuring consistency throughout the banquet.
Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the function.
Replenish beverages as necessary, checking with guests for overall satisfaction.
Practice teamwork and "Clean as you go" policies.
After banquet completion, reset banquet room according to Captain's specifications to ensure readiness for the following function and sanitation of banquet areas.
Attend monthly departmental meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in banquet service and strong customer service skills are preferred. Ability to work flexible weekend and evening hours.
