Conduct layout applying strong technical skills to guarantee precision and efficiency. Perform all phases of frame and trim carpentry with attention to accuracy and quality. Maintain orderly, clean worksites. Possess an understanding of current building codes and be able to work with building officials. Adhere to rigorous safety protocols. Deliver craftsmanship of the highest caliber, ensuring quality benchmarks are met or exceeded in all aspects of the project. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of framing carpentry experience. Mastery of fundamentals: framing, exterior trim, and interior trim work. Proficient in interpreting and executing construction documents and layouts, including use of Bluebeam and similar tools. Why This Role?
