Overview As a Sales Manager you would be responsible for driving sales performance while upholding HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Responsibilities
Generating maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
Promoting and supporting branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
Assisting with supervision and leading all aspects of the sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
Maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
Qualifications
Previous timeshare management experience or Bubble TO experience
Proven results in a leadership role
