We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture. Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store layout, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources. Support store maintenance by keeping the stock room organized and the store tidy. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Excellent customer service and sales skills. You must be at least 18 years old to join the team. Strong collaboration and communication skills. The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $16.50 - $17 an hour. The final salary will depend on factors such as education, location, experience, and meeting the role's minimum requirements.
