We’re on the search for a
Sales Associate
who will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a
BoxLunch Sales Associate , you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture. Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and organizing assigned areas. Operate the register to process sales transactions and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry, ensuring store security. Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Previous retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong customer service and sales skills. You must be at least 18 years old to join the team. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and meeting the role's requirements.
