Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Own and manage Walmart.com and Samsclub.com responsibilities, including inventory management, content initiatives, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and promotional spending within ROI goals. Develop and scale the total Igloo Ecommerce Strategy for departments and sales channels within Walmart & Sam’s Club. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage account strategies and ecommerce growth plans that ensure the brand thrives with Walmart and Sam’s Club. Deliver flawless execution including new product launches, ecommerce execution (inventory, pricing, content, strategies), and timely responses to retailer and internal partner requests. Act as a leading authority on ecommerce within Igloo, providing feedback and insights to drive growth. Formulate and execute short- and long-term plans to enhance Igloo’s market share in relevant categories. Ensure compliance with Walmart and Sam’s Club content standards for physical and online products, collaborating with internal teams to ensure execution. Take ownership of assortment and ecommerce portfolio across platforms, implementing promotional strategies to sustain growth. Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to invest in Walmart Connect campaigns aligned with content standards. Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders from Walmart, Sam’s Club, Walmart Connect, and third-party providers. Develop sales forecasts, plans, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Walmart & Sam’s Club DSV and Marketplace teams. Monitor, analyze, and adapt digital merchandising tactics and channel guidelines to optimize the online journey and drive sales. Work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and effective sales strategies. What Do We Offer?

solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences: Strong organization, planning, time management, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Creativity in advertising, problem-solving, and storytelling Strong skills using Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and retention tools Experience with Walmart & Sam’s Club System (Retail Link, Luminate, Item 360 / Supplier One, Marketplace, Supplier Hub, Madrid, etc.) Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects Understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and sales strategies Skills, Competencies & Characteristics
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce account management or digital marketing for a brand or agency Bachelor's degree in a related field Effective presentation, verbal and written communication Passion for brand building Team player Experience with Workfront or other project management software is a plus Core Values
