Overview
Global Wireless Communications Services Provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Bilingual/Spanish) for their West Coast territory based in Los Angeles, CA. The Regional Sales Manager will primarily be responsible for executing field sales strategy, achieving sales objectives, and providing direction and leadership to multiple Field Sales Representatives and Field Marketing Representatives in the region. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Drive regional performance, deliver on training objectives, grow brand awareness, and meet established KPI's Set performance standards and identify methods to achieve, audit, and constantly improve results Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings and/or ride-alongs with direct reports Participate in developing various processes, call reports, and training materials to support the Sales Reps and Marketing Reps Schedule weekly team conference calls to keep the Sales Reps and Marketing Reps on track in achieving all objectives Manage all aspects of the region's Sales Reps hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, disciplining, and motivating Qualifications
Experience managing field sales teams Prepaid Wireless sales experience required (10-15 years) Fluency in Spanish required Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks Exceptional Presentation Skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
