We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Sales Representative to join our team in the Construction industry. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, high-energy individual who is eager to drive sales and foster long-term client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our market share and driving our company's growth. Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Cold Calling Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote our construction services and generate leads. Prospecting Identify and target new business opportunities to increase sales and expand our client base. Territory Management Manage a specific territory and cultivate relationships with local businesses to drive sales. B2B Sales Leverage your expertise in B2B sales to negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet sales targets. Drive Results Utilize your proven ability to drive results to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Sales Calls Establish new business opportunities through regular sales calls within your assigned territory. CRM Tool Management Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using our CRM tool to ensure effective client communication and efficient sales processes. Customer Presentations Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and secure new contracts. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment sales industry. Proven track record of success in cold calling, prospecting, territory management, and B2B sales. Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets. Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales planning and client communication. Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. About Us
