Outside Commercial Sales Representative needed for Outside Commercial Sales in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to build relationships while selling commercial doors and related door products. If you have a knack for sales and business development, please apply! Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services. Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities, solve problems, and provide consultative sales. Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas. Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards. Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals. Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services. Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage details from initial call to closing the sale. Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management when necessary. Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED minimum. Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience calling on commercial accounts or general contractors. Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly preferred; ability for technical applications and mechanical systems. Must possess valid driver’s license and excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Mathematically and mechanically inclined. Compensation and Benefits
Pay is base + commission. Base pay starting at $60,000 based on experience.
