We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.
What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals
Work independently with full support and training

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face-to-face selling
Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
