We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. At Xplor Pay, we provide cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses manage the hassles of running and growing a business. Our platform delivers secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payments. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get
Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually Residual income – monthly payments on active accounts Flexible schedule – be your own boss Sales training and mentorship provided Activation bonuses paid weekly and residuals paid monthly Presidents Club Incentive Trip and Annual Sales Conference W2 status, health benefits and 401K You Are
A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: Fully remote in this position if you have eligible working rights; able to be in your team region for in-field work Additional Information
