We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to be in control of their time and income. What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: fully remote eligible working rights; able to be in the field of your team region Additional Information
