Responsibilities
Serve as the primary resource for operational functions related to forecasting and revenue planning for the Shark business at Walmart.
Demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management, daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational KPIs.
Monitor real-time business issues, interpret data, and act as the gatekeeper to all forecasting initiatives.
Work with SharkNinja internal cross-functional resources to ensure business needs are communicated and acted upon in a timely manner.
Work closely with customer demand planning teams, sales director, and sales analyst on all aspects of forecasting, inventory planning, orders, and supply chain management.
Input forecast in SFO and update Data Governance new additions and updated price lists to SFO.
Collaborate with finance teams to drive initiatives aimed at optimizing EBITDA.
Enhance the weekly operational model by formalizing forecasting and planning cadence and daily checkpoints.
Develop and implement strategies for effectively communicating brand-level reporting tools.
Prepare and present financial and booking updates to senior management for Walmart.
Requirements
Must LOVE data and being in the DETAILS!
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry.
Retail Link and Scintilla experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills.
Experience with creating and managing Joint Business Plans annual plans desirable.
Must be detail oriented, able to set priorities, and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude.
