We seek individuals responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Primary Responsibilities
Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis to revenue growth, including contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests, utilizing CRM systems effectively. Develop new business and acquire clients by educating them on how EquipmentShare can save money, increase earnings, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and informing them of new solutions. Respond to customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations, and develop new sales strategies to increase market share. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a successful sales track record. Industry knowledge in heavy construction equipment or related fields is preferred but not required; training available for the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude to adapt quickly and stay updated on products and services. Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented. Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
