Our Home Care specialist team is the revenue engine for the organization. You will join a driven, supportive team that collaborates to achieve goals across our footprint. This position covers the Midlothian, VA market and surrounding areas. You will be a valued member of a 25-strong team. Responsibilities include the following: Call on hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and continuing-care campuses to connect with Social Workers, discharge planners, case managers and administrative staff to promote the sale of designated service lines. Provide strategic solutions, explain our programs, readiness, and differentiators to earn trust in a competitive landscape. Create solid weekly plans, set up meetings with case management and leadership to reiterate our strengths. Collaborate with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and effective delivery of care. Utilize the available tools to promote our good name in the market. The Competencies Hungry to win, highly organized, compassionate, client-centered, and a true team player. Ability to prepare and plan your week with autonomy and strategy. Ability to work effectively with other disciplines to ensure success. Driving is required and you will be 100% field-based; capturing competitive landscape share is a focus. are few, but include a solid sales background on a similar platform. Hospice, home care, home health, and Assisted Living experience are valued, but the key is the ability to SELL and perform well. Rewards
