Rooted is seeking multiple dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales professionals specializing in landscape and lawn care services. In this role, you will drive company growth by connecting clients with customized landscaping solutions, focusing on relationship-building and delivering tailored proposals that enhance outdoor spaces and exceed expectations. Locations include St. Louis, Columbia, Lake of the Ozarks, with expansion into the Kansas City market. Responsibilities
Identify and target clients: Leverage market research, networking, and lead generation to develop a robust pipeline. Client consultations: Conduct detailed consultations to assess landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Proposal development: Create and present comprehensive project proposals with design concepts, timelines, and cost estimates tailored to each client. Sales performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new products to provide innovative solutions. Client support: Address and resolve client concerns to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to project completion. CRM management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM. Qualifications
Proven sales experience in a related field (landscaping, construction, or similar). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse clients. Basic understanding of landscape design, construction processes, and materials. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Independent and well-organized with strong time management. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
