The Client Success Manager (CSM)

is a key bridge between Punch’s clients and our creative teams. You’ll be the day-to-day face of Punch for a portfolio of accounts—ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and confident that we’re delivering great work that moves their brand forward. In this role, you’ll proactively guide client relationships, scope new projects, manage timelines and expectations, and collaborate with internal teams to make sure deliverables align with client goals. You’ll also help spot opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships. This role reports to Punch’s Associate Director of Client Success and works hand-in-hand with strategists, creatives, and project managers. What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building trust and rapport from kickoff to delivery Translate client goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams Lead client meetings, provide updates, and ensure clarity around priorities and expectations Anticipate client needs and help guide them toward smart, creative solutions Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and on-time Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or deeper engagement Maintain account health across multiple projects and ensure smooth communication throughout Manage tools like Asana and Google Docs to keep teams organized and accountable What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management—preferably in a creative or marketing agency Strong communication skills—you know how to make clients feel confident and supported A knack for translating complex client goals into clear project plans and creative briefs A proactive mindset—you stay two steps ahead and thrive on making things run smoothly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re the person who keeps things on track Confidence in juggling multiple projects, personalities, and priorities at once Experience using tools like Asana, Notion, or Figma is a plus Bonus Points

Prior experience working with tech, security, or government-focused clients Familiarity with the creative process, from branding to web to campaigns Experience in a hybrid client/project/account management role Understanding of agency dynamics and how to align internal and external stakeholders Interest in scaling client success as part of a growing, nimble team Why Punch
