What You’ll Do As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and managing client relationships with a focus on ground and air shipment services. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Grow business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts in need of logistics and transportation solutions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, trade shows, face to face networking).
Close deals by presenting tailored service offerings and negotiating contract terms.
Consistently report on market trends and business opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or business development (transportation/logistics industry preferred).
An existing network in ground transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling, networking, and developing client relationships.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
