Job Description:

Inside Sales Representative – Assembly team

Division: Bostik, Inc. Durable Goods - Assembly Region: Americas Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Assembly team Situation in organization: Reports to Bostik, Inc Regional Business Director, Assembly.

Responsibilities

Grow a customer base of OEM and Allied Supplier accounts within the DG Assembly Markets. Work with National & Strategic Account Managers, R&D, Technical Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product Line Managers to drive profitable growth through new and existing account penetration and pipeline project development.

Implement Assembly strategy and product growth within existing and prospect customers.

Navigate complex organizations through phone conversations and online meetings with customer procurement, packaging engineering and R&D & manufacturing plant personnel.

Coordinate line trials & audits with Territory Sales Manager (Technical Sales Representatives).

Provide Inside Sales support for Territory Sales Managers & Strategic Sales Managers.

Coordinate multiple projects, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.

Capture accurate and complete information for CRM reporting – Salesforce.com.

Participate in weekly account planning & tactical execution sessions within the Assembly team.

Utilize Sales Enablement Tools (Highspot) to communicate Bostik’s value propositions.

Travel up to 15% overnight within North America.

Primary focus will be on Specialty Hot Melts (Polyesters and Polyamides).

Review and evaluate all commercial leads directed to the Assembly MST.

Context and environment

Operate in a competitive marketplace where “total cost of ownership” and “Performance” are critical for success.

Manage smaller accounts for the Assembly group and assist Territory reps with larger accounts.

Accountabilities

YOY growth in sales of 10%+

Develop and execute territory growth plans within the team

Qualifications / Experience Required

BA/BS Degree or 3+ relevant years of experience in customer-facing roles

Knowledge of Assembly market with emphasis on smaller customers

Excellent oral and written communication skills with varied communication methods

Positive, “can do” attitude with an assertive engagement mentality

Excellent personal and interpersonal skills

Proactive problem-solving thinking; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, web navigation, and CRM software

Location: Wauwautosa, WI; Dublin, OH; or Radnor, PA
