Overview

Account Manager, Superconductor Wire Products at Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology. This is an on-site role requiring travel of approximately 10% on national and international basis. The position will be based in Carteret, NJ, with coordination with Bruker sites in Germany and China, and reporting to the VP of Global Sales & Business Development. The role supports the VP Global Sales & Business Development in managing existing major Bruker OST accounts globally and a portfolio of key accounts for Bruker\'s conductors manufactured in Carteret, NJ and Hanau, Germany. Please note : This is an on-site position and will require travel around 10% of the time. Responsibilities

Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on customer trends, including sales, orders, and contractual updates, as well as reporting of account performance and ad-hoc projects related to new customers. Serve as the key contact for customers from inquiry through shipping, ensuring delivery performance is tracked against forecast. Act as the primary interface at the Carteret, NJ factory between Business Development and Operations, Quality, and Logistics to ensure complex orders meet customer requirements. Generate quotations and manage cost models. Manage open bid responses to drive market success. Co-own (with colleagues from Germany) Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies (BEST) website content, including regular updates and marketing campaigns. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science. 10 years of related experience in technical commercial operations; global organizational experience preferred. Strong commercial sense with experience in sales, marketing, applications, or technical service. Experience with SAP ERP. Proficiency in common Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and presentation skills; ability to present clearly and logically. Understanding of industrial, academic, and research customer workflows and purchasing processes. Ability to create and leverage a network of influential people within customers\' organizations. Ability to operate within a virtual team and influence outcomes across non-direct reports. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong team player, and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Working experience in multinational companies desired; German language skills a bonus. Ability to travel nationally and internationally ~10% of the time. Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is estimated to be $76,400 to $130,000 for this full-time position, with opportunities for progression based on education, training, experience, location, skills, and travel requirements.
