Account Manager, Superconductor Wire Products
Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, seeks an Account Manager to support the VP of Global Sales & Business Development.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely order placement, on‑time fulfillment and revenue generation.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on customer trends, sales, orders and contractual updates.
Serve as key contact from inquiry to shipping, ensuring delivery performance against forecast.
Act as primary interface at the Carteret factory between Business Development and Operations, Quality and Logistics.
Generate quotations and manage cost models.
Respond to open bids, drive market success.
Co‑owner of Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies website content.
Update customer pricing and adhere to commercial terms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Material Science.
10 years of related technical commercial experience, preferably global organization.
Strong commercial sense; experience in sales, marketing, applications or technical service.
Experience with SAP ERP.
High proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
Understanding of industrial, academic and research customer workflow and purchasing process.
Network building and influence within customer organizations.
Virtual team operation and outcome influence.
Entrepreneurial mindset with effective cross‑level communication.
Multi‑national experience desired; German language skills a bonus.
10% travel nationally and internationally.
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident required.
Base salary range: $76,400 – $130,000; additional compensation, benefits and travel requirements apply.
