Responsibilities Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on learning how to take a relationship-driven, client-focused approach to selling consulting and professional services. Once you complete training, 80% of your time will be spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win-win engagements with our clients. We use a solution-based selling approach, which includes a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook and strategy, and quantitative activity-based goals. Here are the primary drivers for success:
Identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts
Maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned accounts through onsite client meetings, presentations, and events
Collaborate with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects delivering positive outcomes
Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of targeted accounts
Engage with C-suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps
Meet and exceed target sales goals
Develop personal and team goals through regular sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position
Training
Sales training begins with organizational and sales foundations
Readiness program equips you with knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies and key selling skills
Situational selling exercises and ride-alongs with Senior Account Executives
Portfolio management and fostering executive-level relationships
Training at our Headquarters to apply knowledge in practice
Education provided as you ramp up in your sales career
