Experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or HR services Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed Ability to manage your own pipeline and close deals independently Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus This is more than a sales role – it’s a chance to build a business within a business.
