between $85,000 - $135,000 annually (depending on experience) Competitive Bonus

Our Outside Sales Representatives build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, executing to a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. This is achieved through identifying existing, new and upcoming construction projects in the area, traveling to customer sites, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders within the potential client base. Our outside sales representatives are primarily responsible for: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - both new and existing - ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Keeping current on industry trends and competitor activities Providing clients with product knowledge and solutioning for their unique needs through our product and service offerings Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Territory coverage from Pasadena through Pomona Position Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Outside Sales; ideally within the equipment rentals or a similar industry Familiarity with the construction industry and equipment used Efficient and effective communication skills; with the ability to hold yourself to the Sunstate standard of excellence.
