As a Digital Sales Associate, you will sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner introducing ADP's leading solutions to Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses. You'll provide expert guidance and use your entrepreneurial spirit to build your book of business. ADP provides high-quality sales training and uses the latest technology to support success. Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts in addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. To succeed in this role
Acumen Using New Tools. Quick to learn new tools and technology; use insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout the buying journey. Positive Self-Starter. Upbeat, persistent, proactive, and able to manage time and present ideas clearly while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process. Continuous Learner. Always learning, growing, and seeking ways to improve. A college degree is great but not required. If no degree, relevant experience could include two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience emphasizing teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality.
