Job Type: Full-time, on a 100% commission-based model with residual income and portfolio ownership options.

What You'll Do

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training

You Are

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a

commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component .

Qualifications

We are looking for curious and empathetic people who are motivated by meaningful work and align with our four core values. We seek individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment, capable of both tactical and strategic thinking, and who put people first. Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Alignment with our four core values and a commitment to respectful conduct Location: Remote work permitted, with eligible working rights; field responsibilities within your team region
