We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings. What you’ll do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What you get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component. Qualifications
We are looking for curious and empathetic people who are motivated by meaningful work and align with our core values. The following are required or preferred: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking Respect for our four core values and a good character Location: fully remote in this position, with eligible working rights and ability to be in your team region About Xplor and our values
