Overview
We are partnering with a leading tech company in the food delivery industry to hire an
Associate Growth Merchant Lead (Outside Sales)
to join their expansion team. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving new restaurant partnerships across underserved and rural markets. Responsibilities Travel across your assigned territory to identify and onboard new restaurant partners. Pitch and close revenue-share partnership deals with local businesses. Manage a transactional sales cycle—most deals are closed within days. Use sales tools (marketing materials, gift cards, etc.) to support your outreach. Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to execute on territory strategy. Log activities and progress in the internal CRM system. Qualifications 2.5+ years of outside sales experience , ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in face-to-face selling. Willing and able to travel 50%+ of the time—this includes daily local travel and occasional overnights. Entrepreneurial mindset; self-starter who thrives in autonomous environments. Background in hospitality, restaurants, or tech sales is a plus. Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (see travel requirements below). Start Date:

$33.10/hr Travel & Documentation This is a field-based role that requires the use of your personal vehicle.
