Overview
Account Manager at iONE Digital. This is a client-facing role responsible for planning and executing media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, brands, and agencies to deliver end-to-end advertising and agency partner experiences. Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr SALARY RANGE: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 Key Responsibilities
Media Planning – receive RFPs and build digital media plans that adhere to company guidelines and KPIs from clients. Develop understanding of client business, needs, expectations, and requirements. Schedule, reserve media space/inventory, issue insertion orders, cancellations, and change requests. Enter and manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales operations systems. Project Management – manage day-to-day pre- and post-sale activities to ensure successful planning and launch of integrated marketing programs; collaborate with cross-department teams to problem-solve and implement best practices. Account Management – manage day-to-day client communications, provide regularly scheduled reporting with marketing insights, and manage campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs and internal benchmarks. Collaborate with the ad operations team to compile engagement and benchmark data, providing clients with weekly or ad-hoc performance updates and optimization recommendations. Update internal databases and documents to maintain accurate project records; keep manager updated on status and escalate issues when needed. Conduct weekly client and campaign status calls with the sales team and keep Sales informed of completed, live, and upcoming campaigns. Finance management – provide end-of-month billing to the finance team for collections and reconciliation; act as point of contact for all billing matters related to the finance department. Stay current with iONE Digital’s brand offerings and performance; thrive in a creative environment and maintain a positive demeanor; stay abreast of market knowledge. Handle other special projects as assigned and comply with Network and Urban One trainings and deadlines. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, and/or communications. 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Account Management or media planning. Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Docs, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape (display, video, OTT/CTV); Excel formulas and pivot tables; 3rd party reporting platforms; IAB standards. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation); detail-oriented with excellent follow-through; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of digital transactions (CPM, CPV, CPL, CPA, CPC, vCPM, etc.). Benefits Package
