What You’ll Do
Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with all health and safety regulations and presentation standards.
Accurately enters orders into the POS system.
Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with accuracy in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, meeting or exceeding guest service standards.
Works with and follows up with Supervisors and Managers to address and respond to residents’ concerns and requests in regard to food quality, service, and related matters.
Provides Managers and Supervisors with continuous feedback from residents on food preparation, presentation, and taste.
Performs side‑work and other opening or closing duties as required.
Ensures that waitstaff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.
Performs the necessary duties for emergency drills and situations such as fire, fire alarms, hurricanes, and other possible emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
Interacts with residents/clients and co‑workers with patience, understanding and kindness in accordance with Arcadia Family of Companies’ mission and core values.
Location: 15 Craigside (Nu‘uanu)
Schedule: Part‑Time B (Work 20 to 29 hours per week) 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm 3 nights a week and must be able to work weekends & holidays

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
High school graduate preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred.
Use of computers, working knowledge of POS system and software applications to input and research data.
Physical demands: regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. Must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work environment: Air‑conditioned office environment; indoors without air conditioning; outdoors—various weather; hazardous materials.
