What will you do?
Enforce work procedures and service standards across beverage outlets Observe, evaluate, and document bartender and porter performance; assist with team member training and outlet operations Inspect bars and assigned areas to ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations Investigate monetary discrepancies, analyze operational issues, and resolve problems with associates and guests in coordination with management Manage inventory by estimating needs, inspecting deliveries, performing monthly counts, and enforcing inventory and labor controls More about you
Must be at least 18 years old Minimum of 1 year of experience in a foodservice position required; previous experience as a supervisor or manager preferred Excellent guest service skills and basic math skills Knowledgeable in operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation, and safety issues Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift Shift details
Days Evenings M-F Weekends OT as needed Events Holidays
